OUR HISTORY

Within a little over 5 years of our company history, we have developed a loyal customer base in the retail and food service industry. We are proud to count the best chefs in the country and the most respected gourmet food retailers as our customers. SOLEX has successfully introduced its own private label product line and customized for specialty food departments of large retailers, such as Whole Foods and Costco.

OUR SUPPLIERS

One of the most important elements of the SOLEX success is our invaluable network of suppliers and marketing partners, we’ve developed over the years. The most prominent chefs from Spain, Ferran Adria and Jose Andres, support our products. Our suppliers are committed to organic and sustainable agriculture, produce with artisanal methods and are independently audited for food safety and social standards.

From our Chicago based warehouse, SOLEX serves nationwide or relies in some part on carefully selected distribution partners for food service and independent gourmet retail stores.
